EUTHALIA supports Confindustria Varese’s the PMI Day - Industriamoci project

This year, as a UNIVA member company and project partner, our company has the pleasure of hosting the press conference presenting the thirteenth edition of #PmiDayVarese2022, the curriculum for study initiative promoted by the Confindustria Varese Small Industry Committee.

For Confindustria Varese, the month of November is dedicated to the PMI Day – Industriamoci project, the curriculum for study initiative organised for eighth-grade students in our province to discover the world of manufacturing.
The objective of the initiative is to show middle school students what a company is, how the gears of a production machine work, what skills are needed to enter the world of work, and what study paths are available to get into such roles.

For the #PmiDayVarese2022, the Confindustria Varese Small Industry Committee has chosen six companies representative of the network of products in the local production system.

Again this year, through virtual tours, the students will have the opportunity to come face to face with the companies through interviews with entrepreneurs and workers and videos that will describe industry world in the area.

As a project partner, Euthalia recognises the importance of making its spaces and workers available to host the school groups involved, aiming to support the education and development of the adults of tomorrow.

Allowing students to see what is happening in the working world enables them to understand the importance of “being prepared” – by studying and continuous training – to be able to disentangle themselves in an ever-changing market.
